FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We recommend completing each level 3 days a week for 4 weeks, 1 hour per day starting with Beginner. (more information in Skool Community)
  • Yes. Athletes will need dumbbells, resistance mini bands, resistance long bands, and workout sliders.
  • Every athlete starts at the Beginner Level, no matter their experience.
  • No. This program is sold separately to teams reach out for more details.
